By accessing or using ShortenURL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Description of Service
ShortenURL provides URL shortening, QR code generation, and click analytics services. We offer a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Free plan includes 1 link with 100 tracked clicks. The Pro plan includes 200 links with unlimited clicks, custom slugs, QR codes, full analytics, and priority support. Plan details may change; current features and pricing are described on our Pricing page.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ShortenURL for any unlawful purpose or to shorten URLs that link to malicious content, phishing sites, malware, spam, or any content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to disable any link that violates these terms without notice.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Pro Subscription Terms
The Pro plan costs $9 per month or $72 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
6. Service Limitations
Free plan links auto-disable after reaching the 100-click limit. We do not guarantee uptime or availability. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
ShortenURL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease and your data may be deleted.
